In order to provide such women with a place where they can enjoy their work, we have established a highly liberal corporate culture based on mutual trust, without specifying where or when they work, and will respond to any changes in society.
MESSAGE
little flamingo began in 2019 with the launch of an online store selling baby products.
We started this select store as an opportunity to introduce our customers to the cuteness and excellence of children’s products from overseas brands with the philosophy of providing products that customers can use with peace of mind, but we were surprised by the response we received In the process of developing the business, I came into contact with the situation of many women who, for various reasons, lacked a place to work even though they had high work capacity and ambition.
Thanks to the support of our female staff who used to be our customers, the many customers who came to us through SNS and word of mouth, and various business partners, we are able to make a new start as little flamingo in July 2021.
I believe that “creating an environment that provides customers with the pleasure and joy of discovery” = “creating an enjoyable and rewarding work environment.
I will continue to provide products that meet the needs and changes of the times and create a flexible working environment to pursue customer satisfaction and at the same time contribute to the advancement of women in society.
